 When it comes to loosing weight, many people has promised so many magic grails which in the course of time had failed to live up to expectation.

   There is always a basic princple and guide in which if you follow judiciously, you will lloose weight effortlessly and with fun.

1) MAKE UP YOUR MIND THAT YOU WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT(Psychological)

2)GET THE BASIC TOOLS YOU NEED TO MONITOR WEIGHT LOSS & EXERCISE (eg Timer, Weighing scale)

3) SET A TARGET/GOAL AND DURATION (Give yourself one to three months)

4) DIET MODIFICATION (Decrease Carbohydrates and fatty foods, increase Protein, vegetables and low sugar fruits)

5) USE OF AUTHENTIC AND RELIABLE WEIGHT LOSS AND FAT BURNER SUPPLIMENTS

6)INCREASE BASAL METABOLIC RATE USING NATURAL INGREDIENTS (Lime, Lemon, Ginger, Garlic and Turmeric in tea)

7) REGULAR EXERCISING (30 Minutes to 1 hour at least 3 to 5 time a week)

8) ADEQUATE WATER INTAKE (3 to 4 Litres daily)
